This cassette was made for workshop participants to have a memory aid. It provides some of the warm up exercises described for people to do at leisure at home and to practice between workshops.

It was suggested by visually impaired participants to aid their body memory, and three participants were involved in the writing to ensure the appropriate language is used.

The cassette also includes an introduction to Contact Improvisation.
